#ThrowbackThursday What I love about Soothe!

On this #ThrowbackThursday I wanted to take a moment to share with you my experience with Soothe. When I started at Soothe in March 2014, Soothe was only in 25 cities with 3,000 therapists. Today we are in ~75 with over 13,000 therapists. It has been such an incredible experience and I have learned so much about the massage industry, massage therapists, and myself.

I’ve witnessed amazing growth and evolution at Soothe. Although we are in an unprecedented time with everything that is happening in the world right now, I am excited about the future and what we are building. We have many new and exciting things coming later this year and our therapists are the catalyst for the majority of the changes we are making to our product and services.

One of my favorite things about Soothe is that the company has never stopped evolving and learning how it can provide a better experience not only to our clients but more importantly to our therapists. We hope to continue this trend long into the future. I feel truly blessed to be surrounded by so many incredibly talented therapists that have been so willing to share their expertise with me to ensure I am able to grow and be the best advocate possible. I will continue to learn as much as I can about the individual experiences our practitioners have within the industry and to be a loud and boisterous advocate for those within our network.

During my time with Soothe, I have learned a great deal. Despite not being a massage therapist, I’ve had the opportunity to take CEUs, participate in massage intensives and attended dozens of industry events. My background is in marketing operations and I am a trained fitness instructor + yoga teacher. I have always valued alternative therapies to create a holistic healthy life and massage has been a huge part of that for me. Thank you to everyone who has shared your expertise with me and helped to train me in the world of massage. I have had the opportunity to meet many of you at local happy hours, luncheons and coffee chats. Thank you for continuing to be apart of our network and for sharing your insights with us on a regular basis!

In lieu of our local events, we have created a Soothe MT Facebook page and would love for you to join and participate. We are working hard to create content that allows you to be in the know with what is happening not only within our network but also within the industry. You will see more content from me and other members of our team over the coming weeks regarding self-care and keeping yourself healthy so you can be at your best. Your feedback is invaluable to us so if you are not a Facebook user but would still like to share, you can email anytime and visit our blog for more therapists driven content.

It is my greatest hope that you, our therapists will continue to share your experiences with us and know that we are here for you. We love hearing from you! Your stories inspire us to work harder every day to allow us to provide the greatest benefit to you. So please keep sharing! Keep learning and helping us learn. And most importantly keep taking great care of your self and your clients.

Sending you all light and love! 🤗
