LOS ANGELES, March 2, 2021 — Soothe (www.soothe.com), the world’s leading on-demand wellness platform, announces the appointment of Gary Pfeiffer as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) effective immediately. Pfeiffer will report to CEO, John Ellis, and lead all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, including defining and executing marketing strategies, brand growth, demand generation, and communications, as Soothe continues to expand its offerings and markets around the world.
A seasoned marketing executive, Pfeiffer joins Soothe after serving most recently as the CMO of Bit Fry Game Studios, a developer and publisher of mobile sports video games. Prior to Bit Fry, Pfeiffer was VP of Marketing at Disney Interactive, where he spent eleven years leading the global brand marketing of its console and handheld video games including the breakaway hit franchise, Disney Infinity. Prior to Disney Interactive, Pfeiffer held marketing leadership positions and led the launches of several key products at Activision, Earthlink, and The Learning Company. Pfeiffer brings a passion for working with product teams to create innovative offerings grounded in consumer insights, developing marketing programs that tie into emerging consumer trends and building high-performance marketing organizations.

Gary Pfeiffer has a Masters in Marketing & Strategy from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Business from the University of Pennsylvania.
